Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: 1.1 The "Know Yourself Well" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to women aged 18 and above. 1.2 Employees of PH-D Feminine Health, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: 2.1 Participants must share their personal journeys related to feminine health on the designated form provided by PH-D Feminine Health. 2.2 Entries must be original and must not infringe on any third-party rights.
3. Prize: 3.1 The winner(s) will receive a product mix at a retail value of $50. 3.2 The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other products.
4. Submission of Entries: 4.1 By submitting an entry, participants grant PH-D Feminine Health the right to use their stories on the "Know Yourself Well" community page of the website, as well as in marketing materials.
5. Intellectual Property: 5.1 Participants retain ownership of their submitted content, but by entering the Giveaway, they grant PH-D Feminine Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute their stories for promotional purposes.
6. Privacy and Data Collection: 6.1 Participants' personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with PH-D Feminine Health's Privacy Policy. 6.2 PH-D Feminine Health may contact participants for marketing purposes but will provide an opt-out option.
7. Publicity: 7.1 By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow PH-D Feminine Health to use their names, images, and submitted content for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Winner Notification: 8.1 Winners will be notified through the platform where they submitted their entries. 8.2 If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. General Conditions: 9.1 PH-D Feminine Health reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions. 9.2 PH-D Feminine Health reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time.
