Return & Refund Policy

To start a return please use our return portal HERE.

Returns for any pH-D branded products that are not procured from the website must be returned directly to the retailer or website where the product was originally purchased. We are unable to refund or replace orders that were not placed directly through the pH-D website. To process a return, please use our return portal HERE. DO NOT discard the container as we may ask you to return the product to us. If we do require the product to be returned, pH-D will provide a shipping label through email. Please allow up to three weeks for pH-D to process international returns and refunds. International product returns may take slightly longer than normal. We are sorry but pH-D is not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.
