pH-D Feminine Health is committed to shipping our customers’ domestic orders on business days within 48-72 hours after your credit card has been processed. A tracking number is sent to you if a correct email address has been entered. Most orders arrive 1 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping location. We do not offer express overnight shipment.
Orders placed Friday after 2 p.m. Central Time and on weekends or federal holidays are typically shipped within 48-72 hours of the following first business day.

A request for a refund must be made within 30 days of purchase. All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If you want to cancel an order that has already shipped, we will supply a pre-paid shipping return label. We will process a refund on the order once the return has been received in full. We are sorry but pH-D is not responsible for the time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process. Please note, shipping charges on the original order are not refundable.
If there is a product quality issue, DO NOT discard the container as we may ask you to return the product along with submitting photos of the lot code on the container. pH-D will supply a pre-paid shipping return label if we need the physical product returned.

Purchases made from an authorized third-party retailer or website other than www.phdfemininehealth.com will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for any pH-D branded products that are not procured from the website must be submitted directly to the retailer or website where the product was originally purchased. We are unable to refund or replace orders that were not placed directly through the pH-D website.
